June 21 is the summer solstice when the sun’s position at noon is at its highest altitude of the year.

 

On this day, the day is the longest, and the night is the shortest. They say that heat wave begins after the summer solstice.

 

Here are cool Korean sool great for day drinking and enjoying the longer daytime.

 

 

 

Busan Natsool (ABV 13%)

Busan Natsool is yakju brewed with a cactus fruit  cheonnyeoncho or Eastern prickly pear.
