Distilled liquor using red camellias

Seolhong is a type of liquor made from fermented Jeju camellia flowers. The process begins with the creation of fermented camellia wine, to which undiluted camellia solution is added to enhance the fragrance. The mixture then undergoes batch and ambient pressure distillation using a single-pot still under 1 atmosphere. Seolhong also uses oak charcoal to filter out impurities and preserve the fragrance.

Geumgun Flower Liquor Acacia Wine

Bee Waltz Rosie

A sweet waltz by roses and honey

The brewery raises bees and harvests acacia honey. When you ferment the acacia honey, you get mead. By adding rose petals to the mead, you get Rhodomel, also known as rose flower mead. Bee Waltz Rosie is the first Rhodomel brewed in Korea. When you open the bottle, you will instantly smell roses - a rich scent created by infusing organically grown roses in the mead. First, you will taste the clean and light essence of honey, followed by a slight acidity. You will also experience the soft scent of flowers with every breath you take.
