New Sool Release June 2021 to Make Your Summer Hip and Hot

We have new brews on the block! Meet Korean sool to cool you off, each boasting their brewery’s distinctive style.

88 Makgeoli (Takju, 6%)

88 Makgeolli catches the eye with the label and bottle cap in bright orange. The clean finish and delicate sweetness endeared it to all Korean people. When you drink it fresh upon delivery, you will feel the soft cleanliness with almost no bubble. Or, if you let the bottle mature for four to five weeks in a refrigerator, natural carbonation will develop to present you with sparkling makgeolli.

Rude Berry (Fruit Wine, 4.5%)

Rude Berry is a balanced cider—it gives you sweet and sour strawberry at first and a note of aromatic basil in the end. Sweet, fruity, and low ABV characteristics make it a safe choice for those who have never tried traditional Korean liquor. Drink cold, and you will find the carbonation and flavors more strongly. The freshness in glass and the cute packaging on the bottle will make you a star at any virtual party, too!

I’m Free 6.0 (Takju, 6%)

I’m Free 6.0 is makgeolli made with omija or five-flavor berries. It has a pleasing balance between sweet and sour and offers a trace of bitterness in the end, faintly reminding you of wine. Its pink color gives you a good idea of the sweet and sour flavor to come. A greasy dish or sour dessert is recommended if you are looking for a food pair.

Mariya Makgeoliya (Takju, 6%)

Wait, What? It’s Makgeolli? And you don’t need a cup. The 200ml can is just about right for your camping or house party. It will go down your throat smoothly, leaving behind freshness and a slightly piquant taste of taro root.
